In this training, you will learn the most important decision factors in Green Logistics. What strategies exist and which one of them is suitable for your needs? What is the purpose of a baseline measurement and how is it carried out? What technologies and processes have proven successful in practice to reduce energy costs? Based on practical case studies, role plays and a well-structured theoretical part, the participants learn how to identify opportunities in Green Logistics and how to avoid risks. The "Green Logistics" training has been designed especially for managers from all technical fields who wish to learn more about the subject. The training lasts one day and is offered in English and German. The training can be organised at a venue of your choice. The number of participants is not restricted (from individual coaching to large groups).
