This training is geared towards people who wish to learn the basic principles of logistics in a compact form within one day. Based on practical case studies, role plays and a well-structured theoretical part, the participants learn about interrelations and current trends in logistics. The "Logistics for Beginners" training has been geared especially towards managers from other technical fields (e.g. finances, IT, marketing, etc.) who also wish to acquire logistics competence. The training lasts one day and can be extended by company-specific subjects, if required. The training is offered in English and German and can be organised at a venue of your choice. The number of participants is not restricted (from individual coaching to large groups).
