Optimising the supply chain PDF

Within the framework of the "Beer Game" simulation, the participants work in a simplified but very realistic supply chain from the manufacturer to the consumer. The training participants gain hands-on experience in the basic logistics processes. During a joint intensive analysis of the results, the participants then reflect on the causes of any problems arising in the supply chain. Parallels to the real world are drawn constantly and the lessons learned during the simulation are converted into real possibilities for improvement.

This simulation is especially valuable if internal and/or external suppliers or customers are also involved. In this case, the simulation offers a "neutral" platform on that participants can discuss problems and solution approaches without having to refer this personally to their day-to-day interaction. If a common understanding of the basic problems exists it becomes much easier to find joint solutions in the real world.

This training lasts between 4 hours and an entire day. The training is offered in English and German and can be organised at a venue of your choice. Between a minimum of 4 and a maximum of 40 persons can participate.
