In this training, you will learn the most important decision factors in Green Logistics. What strategies exist and which one of them is suitable for your needs? What is the purpose of a baseline measurement and how is it carried out? What technologies and processes have proven successful in practice to reduce energy costs?

This training is geared towards people who wish to learn the basic principles of logistics in a compact form within one day. Based on practical case studies, role plays and a well-structured theoretical part, the participants learn about interrelations and current trends in logistics. The "Logistics for Beginners" training has been geared especially towards managers from other technical fields (e.g. finances, IT, marketing, etc.) who also wish to acquire logistics competence.

Within the framework of the "Beer Game" simulation, the participants work in a simplified but very realistic supply chain from the manufacturer to the consumer. The training participants gain hands-on experience in the basic logistics processes. During a joint intensive analysis of the results, the participants then reflect on the causes of any problems arising in the supply chain. Parallels to the real world are drawn constantly and the lessons learned during the simulation are converted into real possibilities for improvement.
